Amanda Holden In Workout Gear Rides Peloton Bike With Cocktail Shaker

Britain’s Got Talent star Amanda Holden is the queen of multitasking, as a recent humorous social media post shows. Holden, 53, shared a video of herself wearing pink and purple workout gear, riding a Peloton bike while making a margarita in a cocktail shaker (all to the sound of Taylor Swift). “I don’t think this is what @onepeloton @pelotonstudios had in mind but it is #friday 😂,” she captioned the funny post. “She understood the assignment 😂,” a fan commented. Here’s how Holden is thriving in her 50s.

Holden loves running every day. “From a wellness point of view, I love to run,” she told Good Housekeeping. “I always say: I run for my rosé, I run for my red (depending on the season) and I run for my head. It’s the best headspace – I either brainstorm with myself or I listen to show tunes, and just have a fabulous half an hour.”

Holden swears by yoga and collagen for her wellness regimen. “I practice Kundalini yoga. Not daily but weekly, which is amazing for breath and just bringing good energy and strength to you,” she told Heatworld. “I take my Revive Collagen, which is ridiculous how much that works. My hair is growing back from that. And just looking after yourself. I try and have a massage, I try to have a facial. I have a sleep app every night.”

Holden uses the same makeup daily, but likes to switch up her skincare products. “To be honest, I think the most important thing with skincare is to not use the same product for longer than six months,” she told Heatworld. “I think that if you’ve always used Dr. Barbara Sturm, Dr. Levy, or I don’t know, Coco de Mer, any of those sorts of high-end products, which I all adore. I think it’s good to change it up because I think your skin gets used to stuff and I think the products just don’t work as well as they should after a certain amount of time. So that’s when it’s time to start thinking about different things.”

Holden is not interested in the gray-hair trend for older women. “I will always be blonde,” she told Breaking News. “Each to their own – I have some friends that are embracing age, some people that aren’t. My mum stopped dyeing her own hair around 60 and she’s got really gorgeous, soft-coloured gray hair. I’ll always go ‘Oh god, Mummy, can you just put a bit of color back in?’ But for me, it’s not something I’m going to do.”

Holden is comfortable in her own skin these days. “I know what I’m doing; I’m no longer over-plucking my eyebrows, wearing blue eyeliner, or dressing in patchwork denim,” she told Good Housekeeping. “Sometimes, when I look back at pictures of me on the red carpet, I do ask myself, ‘What were you thinking, Mandy?’ At the time, of course, I thought it looked amazing. But also – and this is probably because I’m older – I just don’t care as much now. I mean, I care very much about how I look but I care less about what people think.”
