Steve Martin is taking his memories of 40-plus years in the film industry to the page and stage.
On Nov. 15, the comedian, actor and banjo-playing triple threat will chat with three-time Tony winner and “Only Murders In The Building” co-star Nathan Lane at New York City’s Town Hall about his juicy, illustrated new memoir “Number One Is Walking — My Life In the Movies and Other Diversions.”
Most excitingly, tickets are still available to catch the two funny men live.
At the time of publication, the lowest price we could find on tickets was on Vivid Seats for $54 before fees.
All prices are subject to fluctuation.
Martin’s new book is his first detailing his extensive and varied film career. In the memoir, readers can expect behind-the-scenes stories about his time working on “Father of the Bride,” “Roxanne,” “The Jerk,” “Three Amigos,” and many more.
He also covers his experiences as a stand-up comic, banjo player, writer, and cartoonist. Harry Bliss, the famed New Yorker illustrator who contributed to “Number One Is Walking,” will also be on hand for the chat.
As an added bonus, audience members will receive a signed copy of the book as well.
Following the special occasion one-night-only appearance, Martin will return to the road in 2023 with his comedy partner Martin Short.
