Post Malone sustained another injury while on the road for his Twelve Carat Tour.
The rapper was performing on Tuesday night in Atlanta, when he twisted his ankle on stage, about a month after he severely injured himself during his show in St. Louis.
In a video shared on Twitter, Malone hobbles over to the mic, where he explains that he just rolled his ankle because of a hole in the stage used for pyrotechnics. “Tell you what. There’s little holes in the middle of the stage where fire comes out, which is pretty fucking badass. I just twisted up my ankle a little bit over on that hole there. So if my dance moves aren’t 100 percent, you gotta forgive me tonight ladies and gentlemen. I’ma do my best,” he said amid cheers from the crowd.
According to TMZ, his pain was so bad that he “had to go down on his knees” and that stagehands “eventually rushed to his side to see what happened.”
Malone was hospitalized in September a week after he fell during his St. Louis concert, with video showing him performing his song “Circles” before taking a dive into a trap door on stage. According to his manager, Dre London, Malone was treated for bruised ribs. He later had to cancel his Boston show.
TMZ reports that he will continue his tour with his Oct. 21 date in Dallas.
