Villalobos likes to try new things. One new activity she recently tried in particular was riding ATVs. She posted this video on Instagram of herself riding an ATV by the beach. She captioned the video, “LET’S LIVE! Because really the time you enjoy, is the time lived.”
Villalobos revealed some of her workout secrets to People. She says that her partner, Sebastian Caciedo helped her get involved with exercise. “I didn’t like training very much, but I got a taste for it when I started my relationship with Sebastián, who has always been very athletic. I hate doing it alone, I always have someone by my side.”
Villalobos has a busy schedule, which means she doesn’t always have time to work out. For this reason, she works out each morning. “I train for two hours,” she says to People. “From 5 to 7. I had never done it in my life, never and now I like it.”
Villalobos revealed some of her secrets to staying mentally strong in an interview with Hola. She says that she remains connected to her roots and family. “We remain connected with Colombia, it is our country and there is our life, our families, our friends. We chose Miami, because it is close to Colombia, we can go at any time. Your land or roots are never left.
Villalobos says that she has a strong relationship with Caciedo. She tells Hola that she actively works to maintain this. “When you learn to know your partner there are things that become routine,” she says. “But it is up to you not to become a boring monotony. We try to maintain our spaces, we continue to admire each other, we continue to have projects.”
