Ashanti revealed some of her favorite products in an interview with Essence. One thing she does to stay healthy is putting a powder in her juices and other beverages. “My new thing that I’ve been on tastes gross, but if you put it in juice it tastes good,” she says. “It’s called Green Vibrance and it’s a bunch of wheat grass, frozen broccoli, kale, everything grinded up. You put it in a shake or juice and it gives you your greens for the day.”
Ashanti revealed some of her diet secrets to People. She says that she has a new approach to food and eating. “I cut out a lot of meat,” she says. “I think again, self-health and self-awareness are so important. All of that stuff is so important to maintaining your body, knowing what’s in your food, the GMO’s and the chemicals, and I’m super aware of this stuff.”
When it comes to her diet, Ashanti is all about balance. She tells People that she still has a cheat day now and again. She says that this helps her stay consistent. “To have balance, you have to eat clean and you have to work out. you have to allow yourself at least two cheat days, so that it doesn’t become too strict.”

She revealed the tips that she uses to take care of her gut. “I’m going to be honest with you. This may be TMI, but a great colonic does wonders. Wonders, I promise you. Colonics and squats and cut out fried foods.”
Ashanti has a lot of confidence in herself. She tells Blackdoctor.com that this is one of her secrets to success. “If you are confident in being who you are as a woman, it’s about respecting yourself.
