Smith is open about her love of boxing. She shared these photos and videos of herself doing a session at the gym with a trainer. She captioned the post, “Boxing session this morning with @jake_carr__. @weareivypark thanks for making me look better than I was.”
Smith revealed her skincare routine to Grazia Daily. She says that she does a lot of different things to care for her face. “I am religious about cleansing and will double cleanse to remove all my make-up. Next, I’ll use a toner and occasionally salicylic acid on areas that get the odd blemish such as my chin, nose and forehead. I’ll follow this with a really good vitamin C serum and then my favourite moisturiser.”
Smith likes to add new things to her skincare routine. She tells Grazia Daily that she just added a new product to it. “I recently started using bio-oil a couple of times a week before bed,” she said. “It feels very oily when you first apply it, but it soon sinks in and my skin looks so radiant come morning.”
In addition to taking care of her skin, Smith is also taking care of her hair. She tells Grazia DDaily that she is trying to not damage it as much. “I’ve also been trying to get my hair healthier by not applying so much heat and taking hair vitamins by hairtamin,” she says. “They’re delicious and natural.”
Smith has a busy schedule, which means she doesn’t always have time to workout. However, she said to UKTN that she always makes working out a priority for her. “I work out when I can,” she says. “It can be hard sometimes with filming, the kids and everyday life to find the time, but when I do, I like to get in a solid workout.”
