This Isn’t The First Time He’s Been Forced To Cancel A Concert
Unfortunately, The Weeknd has been facing problems on tour due to stadium constraints and a demand for more performances. The numerous setbacks caused him to push back the start date of his entire tour by several months.
On October 21, the singer wrote, “Due to constraints of arenas and the demand for more shows I want to do something bigger and special for you which requires stadiums.”
As a result, the initial start date of January 2022 was pushed back until the summer.
A new date for Saturday’s canceled performance in Los Angeles has yet to be announced. Although plenty of fans of The Weeknd are disappointed by this news, they just hope he’ll feel better soon!
