Before taking a self-imposed break from the internet, Fivio Foreign offered up his new one, “London Freestyle.”
On Wednesday, Fivio said if he got enough comments, he’d drop a little something that the “streets need.”
Fivio wound up debuting the freestyle via a JLShotThat-helmed video you can check out up top. The director wrote on IG that “while on tour, we decided to shoot a quick freestyle video…we was in London for bare long!”
In reference to the release, the New York rapper mentioned he plans on going off the grid for a little while. “Imma leave this here & Take a break off the internet for a while & Focus up,” he wrote. “So when I come bacc it better for everybody.”
Fivio found himself in a bizarre back-and-forth with Mase last month after he claimed on the Million Dollaz Worth of Game podcast that he received a $5,000 advance as part of his deal with RichFish. Mase later appeared on the same show to try and set the record straight regarding the specifics of their agreement, claiming his advance was actually $750,000.
Their disagreement took another turn when Fivio posted a video of himself on Instagram as a song was playing in the background featuring himself rapping over a sample of Mase’s 1997 song “What You Want.”
