Set for release on January 30, 2026, the Brighton band have also shared the album’s first single ‘All Damage’.

Speaking on the new track, vocalist and guitarist Mykl Barton has said:

“Becoming aware of negative processes that were once subconscious, but still allowing them to rule. The persistent search for some chemical absolution for allowing the darkest parts of yourself to take the reins. Seeing the deep roots of these damaging, unsustainable coping mechanisms, but also still feeling a yearn towards them. The eternally aching dichotomy that’s been a constant my entire life.”

To celebrate the release, Sick Joy will hit the road for a headline tour across the UK and Europe in early 2026.
