Rod Stewart has been paying tribute to Ozzy Osbourne during “Forever Young” on his current US tour with a bizarre AI-generated video that shows the metal legend taking selfies in heaven with other deceased music icons.
As seen at multiple shows on Stewart’s tour, and captured on video at his Friday (August 1st) concert in Alpharetta, Georgia, the weird clip has Ozzy taking selfies with Prince, Tina Turner, Bob Marley, Freddie Mercury, Kurt Cobain, Michael Jackson, Whitney Houston, George Michael, Amy Winehouse, 2Pac, and even rapper XXXTentacion.
Making things even more awkward, at the end of the song a few nights earlier on July 29th in Charlotte, North Carolina, Stewart told the audience, per the Charlotte Observer, “Very sad. A lot of those people died ’cause of drugs… I’m still here, though!”

Rod Stewart’s summer tour runs through an August 15th show in St. Louis, Missouri, followed by a Vegas residency in September. Tickets to his upcoming shows are available here.
