Biffy Clyro have revealed the details of their new album ‘Futique’.
Announced ahead of the trio’s appearance on Glastonbury’s Pyramid Stage this weekend, their 10th studio album will arrive on September 26 and will feature recently released single ‘A Little Love’.
Its title reflecting how digital technology has changed our relationship with memory, ‘Futique’ explores not just what we miss about the past, but what we might miss in the future, underscoring the importance of appreciating the present and nurturing meaningful relationships amid life’s chaos.
On the inspiration behind the record, the band’s Simon Neil has shared:
“‘Futique’ is an exploration of ideas, objects or relationships that exist across time – we are never aware when we do anything for the last time and there’s a beauty and sadness within that. What will be your ‘Futique’?”
‘Futique’ is available to pre-order now via the band’s official site, with a limited first pressing LP available for the next 48 hours only.
Hitting up Glastonbury this Friday, Biffy will also play headline sets at Eden Sessions and TRNSMT this summer.
