Original Alice Cooper Band Unleashes New Song "Wild Ones"

The original Alice Cooper band has unveiled the video for “Wild Ones,” the second single from the upcoming reunion album The Revenge of Alice Cooper, out June 25th.

Inspired by the 1953 outlaw biker film The Wild One starring Marlon Brando, the Cooper band’s new track has a definite highway-ready groove with its steady uptempo pulse and flowing lead guitar work. Alice’s grizzled voice befits the tough and road-worn track, as he echoes the defiant themes of the old biker flick: “Runnin’ with the wild ones!”

The song’s video is also notable as it features the first in-studio footage of the reunited Cooper lineup as they lay down the track. The chemistry heard in the recording is also evident in these clips, as the band appears to be tracking live alongside Alice while producer Bob Ezrin helms the board.

The Return of Alice Cooper sees the shock-rock legend reunited with his old bandmates Michael Bruce (guitar), Dennis Dunaway (bass), and Neal Smith (drums). Ezrin also reprised his role as producer, having worked on the group’s early 1970s albums — Killers, School’s Out, and Billion Dollar Babies — as well as Alice Cooper’s recent solo albums.

“The Wild Ones” is the second single released from the album, following “Black Mamba,” which arrived in late April.

Meanwhile, Alice is active with his current live band in 2025, as well, with summer headlining dates and a co-headlining fall North American run with Judas Priest on the horizon. Get tickets here.
