Reality star Tammy Slaton, 38, got skin removal surgery specifically from her chin, and now she looks wildly different.

The 1000-Lb. Sisters star has paraded her 500-lb. weight loss recently, with her now looking different once again after undergoing skin removal surgery.
After enduring delays to the surgery, Tammy was recently approved for the procedure.
Showcasing her new look on social media, Tammy has now revealed her slimmed down and loose-skin-free appearance.
Sharing a series of smitten video clips on TikTok featuring her girlfriend Andrea, Tammy looked all loved up.
But it wasn’t Tammy’s loved up look that caught viewer’s eyes, it was her slimmed down face and refined jawline.
“You know I never found love until I looked into your eyes,” crooned a singer in the backing track of one of the videos.
Reacting to Tammy’s recent TikTok videos where she looks all loved up with her new girlfriend, fans spotted Tammy’s more refined appearance.
“You neck looks amazing, Tammy,” pointed out one person.
“Tammy! You had skin removal on your face! You look so good! Love it! So proud of you and your accomplishments,” said a second.
“Got the surgery!!! Am so proud of you am glad the old Tammy is gone the new and the real Tammy has appeared.!! Keep going mami you got this,” penned a third.
A fourth then wrote: “Tammy you got your surgery! I can tell by your face! YOU LOOK BEAUTIFUL. SO HAPPY FOR YOU.”
While a fifth said: “Tammy, you’re so pretty!! Seriously! You’re going to be so happy (once you’ve recovered, of course), after they get rid of all that extra skin.
“Can’t wait to see it. You’ve worked so hard. Proud of you!”
And a sixth added: “You look so good Tammy- and I’m not talking about the skin removal.
“Happy genuinely looks great on you.”
In season 7 of the reality show, 1000-Lb. Sisters, Tammt lifted the lid on her relationship with Andrea.
Cameras even filmed the moment they went on their first ever date when they headed to a bowling alley.
This comes after Tammy spoke out about her fears for the skin removal surgery ahead of the procedure taking place.
Speaking about what she was worried about, she told E! News: “Just really the pain and then my fear of how I’m going to look [when] looking at myself afterwards.
“I’m so used to seeing all this hanging [from] my arms and now when I wake up Sunday or Saturday, I’m not going to have this anymore.”
She then added: “I’m going to look halfway normal from [the] face down.
“It’s scary but rewarding at the same time.”
