MAMA June Shannon’s daughter, Lauryn ‘Pumpkin’ Efird, was evicted from her Georgia trailer after refusing to pay nearly $4,000 in back rent.

In the landlord’s complaint, exclusively obtained by The U.S. Sun, he alleged the 25-year-old mother-of-four not only didn’t pay her rent, but she had also neglected to pay her electric bill.

The landlord claimed in January that Pumpkin owed him $3,000 in rent, plus $110 in late fees, and that she also “failed to pay her electric bill, which was supposed to be turned on in her home but was not.”

From the landlord’s wording, it appears that the Mama June: Family Crisis star was using the trailer as a home, though she also seemed to be using it for her Sister’s Closet business, in which she and her family sell new and used items.

A court clerk said that despite the landlord suing for his back rent, Pumpkin never paid up, instead she skipped out on the property altogether.

“The plaintiff informed us that the defendant had already vacated the property. It’s been resolved. Now the money hadn’t been paid, but she has since moved,” the clerk said.

According to her lease, she had been renting the property since August of last year with a $1,500 a month rent.

It appeared that by mid-January, she had vacated the property.

As The U.S. Sun has previously reported, Pumpkin has struggled financially for years.

PUMPKIN’S DIVORCE

Last year, the young mom filed for divorce from her husband, Josh Efird, who she shares Ella, seven; Bentley, four; and their twins Sylus and Stella, three.

Pumpkin filed for divorce in Wilkinson County, Georgia.

According to court documents obtained by The U.S. Sun, both she and Josh agreed to share joint custody of their children.

The reality star cited the reason for the split as the marriage being “irretrievably broken.”

As part of their settlement, the former couple established a parenting plan to divide time spent with their young kids.

Pumpkin and Josh were married in June 2018.

The family has faced significant financial struggles in recent years, with Pumpkin being vocal about their money issues.

She previously drew criticism for asking fans for donations on multiple occasions, including for Josh’s birthday.

Pumpkin has also openly criticized her mother, June, 45, for her excessive spending habits, particularly after failing to pay child support for Alana.

DEVASTATING LOSS

The family suffered a heartbreaking tragedy in late 2023 when June’s daughter, Anna ‘Chickadee’ Cardwell, died after battling cancer at 29 years old.

Anna’s final days were featured on the latest season of their We TV show, Mama June: Family Crisis.

June fought Anna’s ex, Michael Cardwell in court over custody of her daughter’s eldest daughter, Kaitlyn, as he was the father of her younger daughter Kylee, and argued he didn’t want the girls split up.

June ultimately won custody of the girl.

Mama June Family Crisis premieres Friday, May 30, at 8pm.
