House Of Protection have dropped their second EP ‘Outrun You All’, featuring driving punk single ‘Godspeed’.
With the EP arriving today (May 23) via Red Bull Records, it includes explosive singles ‘Afterlife’ and ‘Fire’, as well as the slightly mellower ‘I Need More Than This’.
On the EP, the duo have shared:
“‘Outrun You All’ is like the nighttime sister EP to ‘GALORE’. We didn’t set out for it to feel like that, but after looking back at it, that’s how it feels. It has a lot of, if not all of the vibes ‘GALORE’ has and more, but it does feel darker at times. Certainly heavier.”
With an earworm chorus and an energy made for the live show, on freshly released track ‘Godspeed’ they have also said:
“‘Godspeed’ is the song we’re most excited to add to the live set. It came together the fastest during the writing process for the new EP, and we feel like it has a relentlessness we’re always striving for. The chorus also has a touch of hyper-pop to it, which is something new for us.”

With the band set to perform at Download Festival this summer, they’ll also be heading out for a run of shows supporting Architects later in the year.
