What is Skibidi Toilet?

Skibidi Toilet is a viral machinima web series created by Alexey Gerasimov and released on YouTube by his channel DaFuq!?Boom!. The chaotic series, made with Source Filmmaker, follows the Skibidi Toilets, led by “G-Toilet.” The army of creepy disembodied heads popping out of toilets is locked in battle with an alliance of Cameramen, Speakermen, and TV-headed humanoids.

The series debuted on Feb. 7, 2023, with an 11-second video simply titled “skibidi toilet” and evolved into more than 70 1-5 minute videos. It has a global audience and is especially popular with Generation Alpha.

Who else is attached to the film

Goodman’s company, Invisible Narratives, is developing the film, and there are some big names attached to it. Three-time Academy Award-winning VFX supervisor Rob Legato has joined the production along with Academy Award-nominated production designer Jeffrey Beecroft, per Forbes.

Before it was confirmed Goodman told Variety “I will say that Michael and Jeffrey Beecroft, who’s his longtime production designer and a colleague of his that’s worked with him on all of his movies, have been working very closely with Alexey to really professionalize the kind of back engine of this, to make sure, if we ever decide to go film or television, that this is kind of lifted beyond just the resources that creators have on the internet.”

So yes, this toilet war is being taken seriously. And while it may sound surprising, the franchise collectively boasts over 35 billion views according to Invisible Narratives.

Some people heard about Skibi Toilet when North West gifted her mom, Kim Kardashian, a diamond necklace with a silver plate that says “Skibiti Toilet” for her 44th birthday in October.

“Okay, North got me this diamond necklace that says Skibidi Toilet. Wow,” Kim said, holding back a laugh. “And, ‘Love, North,'” the proud gift giver chimed in, explaining, “because you love Skibidi Toilet.” “I do?” a confused Kim responded.
