KYLIE Jenner and Timothee Chalamet were booked into a famous $22,000-a-night hotel suite in Italy fit for royalty, with previous guests including Princess Grace of Monaco and late film icon Elizabeth Taylor.
The young lovebirds made their official red carpet debut as a couple in Rome this week.
Kylie, 27, accompanied her boyfriend, 29 as he was honored at the 70th David di Donatello Awards and they turned the trip into a romantic getaway.
She posted photographs of a breathtaking mystery hotel room on Instagram, which The U.S. Sun can confirm was the St. Regis Rome’s Royal Suite, which costs more than some couples’ weddings.
A source close to the hotel said: “It’s a beautiful location and when you walk in that suite your jaw is on the damn floor.
“It has a huge marble bathroom that is exclusive to that room, none of the other suites look like that – they are all unique.
“They may not have paid for it themselves as it could have been comped but Kylie certainly has the money.
“They had a private entrance and elevator, which is maybe why they weren’t papped coming in and out.
“A lot of royalty, superstars, and politicians have stayed there over the years, from Lady Gaga to Michelle Obama.
“The suite, which is part of the Royal Apartment, even has a butler to wait on guests.
“I wouldn’t have thought Timothee was into that kind of opulence but maybe he’s getting used to it.”
Kylie shared photographs of her in a room on her Instagram on Wednesday, as she posed in a black lace Schiaparelli dress designed by Daniel Roseberry.
Although she didn’t share snaps of Timothee on social media, Kylie posted photos of herself sipping champagne in the suite, standing on the balcony, and taking a selfie in the bathroom.
On her Story she also joked, “I have a pimple friend that wanted to hang tonight,” and told followers she did her own makeup in the hotel room.
The St. Regis is in the Marriott family and according to its website, the 3,229-square-foot suite is located on the first floor with the entry hall leading to a living area with a grand antique piano.
The room also boasts a genuine Aubusson French carpet akin to those seen in palaces since the late 17th century, along with chandeliers, sculptural busts, and mosaics.
The suite’s large marble bathroom also has a jacuzzi and a separate shower room.
Kylie also shared a snap of her in the suite’s dining room which seats 12 people and has a private kitchen.
The Oscar nominee and cosmetics mogul began dating in 2023 but they had never posed on the red carpet until the David di Donatello Awards.
The Donatellos are essentially the Italian Oscars and the prestigious event celebrates films from around the world.
For their 2025 awards gala, Timothee was honored with the David for Cinematic Excellence.
The awards president praised the movie icon as “one of the most unpredictable and talented protagonists of international cinema today.”
While Kylie stunned in her designer dress with a plunging neckline, Timothee looked dapper in a black velvet double-breasted blazer with matching pants.
He spiced up the look with a bright floral broche and leather loafers.
They showed off PDA throughout the outing, regularly holding hands and cozying up next to one another for the cameras.
At one point, Timothee had his arm around Kylie’s back as the pair seemed madly in love.
Following the ceremony, the pair headed for dinner at the Zuma Restaurant in Rome.
They were accompanied by their relatives, friends, and Timothee’s father Marc Chalamet
Their appearance in Italy comes just days after Timothee opted out of attending the Met Gala as Kylie’s date in New York on Monday.
Many suspected fashion’s biggest night would’ve been their official debut, but Timothee was at home watching the New York Knicks game on his iPad while Kylie partied it up.
Kylie, who has two children with her ex, rapper Travis Scott, shocked fans when she was first linked to Timothee in April 2023.
And despite initially being mocked for their relationship, the pair seem to be going strong.
