After announcing his new solo album Ten Crowns earlier this year, Andy Bell — one half of the synth-pop duo Erasure — has announced 2025 tour dates and released a new single, “Heart’s a Liar,” featuring Blondie’s Debbie Harry.
Bell’s 2025 tour will see him perform across the UK and Europe in summer 2025, followed by the leg of newly-announced North American dates in the fall, stopping in Atlanta, Toronto, New York, Chicago, Dallas, San Francisco, Seattle, Los Angeles, and more cities. Check out the full list of Bell’s upcoming tour dates below.
A ticket pre-sale for Bell’s North American tour dates is ongoing via Ticketmaster (use code DANCE), with a public on-sale following on Friday, April 25th at 10:00 a.m. local time.

As for “Heart’s a Liar,” the new single reimagines a track by English-Italian singer-songwriter Luciana, pairing the upbeat drive of an ‘80s-esque pop arrangement with heart-aching lyrics like “You said I’d always be in your heart/ Your heart’s a liar liar liar.” For her part, Harry’s vocals add a smoky mysteriousness to the verses, and an extra oomph to the choruses when the two voices come together.
“To have Debbie Harry singing with me — you know, I still can’t quite believe it,” Bell said in a statement. “Debbie gives it this gravitas and this coquettishness, but she’s still very in command. And she recorded her vocals in the studio on Gay Pride, which I thought when I heard it, oh, trust her!”
Marking Bell’s third full-length solo effort, Ten Crowns was produced and co-written by longtime collaborator Dave Audé in Nashville, and will arrive on May 2nd via Bell’s own Crown Recordings. Along with “Heart’s a Liar,” three other singles have been released: “Breaking Thru the Interstellar,” “Don’t Cha Know,” and “Dance For Mercy.”
Expanding on the album’s backstory in a press statement, Bell explained that the new recording location led to the “writing [taking] this kind of gospel-tinged Nashville twist.” To that end, he described the album as being “about picking yourself up, dusting yourself off, embracing life – and about taking that feeling on even when you’re fighting demons in the world, like homophobia, and fighting demons in yourself. It’s about being celebratory and uplifting.”
