Merli Armisa unveils ‘Capelli Argento,’ a psychedelic prelude to his upcoming album

Four years after his striking debut with Lleb, Italian musician and singer-songwriter Merli Armisa returns with ‘Capelli Argento,’ the first glimpse of his highly anticipated second album, set for release this spring via Dischi Sotterranei.
‘Capelli Argento’ is a dreamy and nostalgic journey that evolves into a psychedelic explosion of loops and delays. The track introduces a richer and more layered sound than Armisa’s previous work, incorporating piano and acoustic guitar alongside drums performed by Giacomo Ferrari (Generic Animal, Asino). The song, like the entire forthcoming album, draws inspiration from the Asian shoegaze and ambient scene, nodding to artists such as Parannoul, Asian Glow, and Mid-Air Thief.
