An Amazon delivery driver has gone viral after a doorbell camera captured their furious outburst at a customer’s house on their neighborhood delivery route.
The footage, posted to Twitter/X, begins with the driver tipping over several parcels onto the intended recipient’s porch from their trolley.
It then cuts to another clip of the worker approaching the same house, this time empty-handed, before looking directly into the doorbell camera and launching into a lengthy rant calling out the customer.

“Been waiting on this day to tell you how much I hate this f**king house. The waters all the s**t that you order, all of this s**t I hate it. I hate this house I hate that you order s**t. You are the f**king laziest f**king house in this whole goddamn neighborhood,” the driver ranted.
“You’re inconsiderate, you’re bulls**t. I f**king hate everything about y’all. I hate it all you have to do is f**king order the store from Walmart. Pick up or central pickup or whatever. You will put the s**t in your own truck and go do it your f**king self.
“You are the laziest sons of b**ches ever and then people bring this s**t. We break our backs we break our necks we break our nails we break everything to bring you this s**t and you’re ungrateful as f**k I hope you know that.”
After the rant, the driver nodded at the camera before walking off, though it’s unclear what exactly triggered the outburst on that particular day.
The video has been viewed over 34 million times already, with multiple accounts continuing to reshare it.
Since the rise of doorbell cameras, viral videos capturing unexpected moments often surface. These range from more positive events of Amazon delivery drivers being praised for saving someone’s life after a 6-year-old asked for help, to drivers making deliveries during a tornado.
However, they have also caught some more shocking incidents, such as a DoorDash driver stealing someone’s order from outside their house, or an Amazon driver being fired for allegedly stealing a PS5 meant for a 16-year-old’s birthday.
