Seth Rogen Stars in Apple TV+ Comedy

After a couple of decades of working in Hollywood, Seth Rogen feels uniquely qualified to make fun of it — and they’ve got a lot of famous friends to call in for cameos. Hence, The Studio, the new Apple TV+ comedy series featuring Rogen as Matt, the newly-minted head of a major motion picture studio.

The series follows Matt as he attempts to find the balance between commercial success and creative achievement. “I love movies… But now I have this fear that my job is to ruin them” he tells producer/former colleague Amy (Catherine O’Hara), before optimistically sharing that he doesn’t think “prestige films and box office hits” are mutually exclusive.

The trailer below teases just a few of the celebrities who appear as themselves in the series, including Ron Howard and Sarah Polley. Equally impressive is the show’s supporting cast, which includes Kathryn Hahn, Ike Barinholtz, and Chase Sui Wonders as series regulars, and Bryan Cranston, Keyla Monterroso Mejia, and Dewayne Perkins.

Check out the full trailer below. The first two episodes of The Studio premieres Wednesday, March 26th on Apple TV+.
