Guitar legend Eric Clapton has announced a handful of new tour dates. His 2025 United States tour is set to take place in September and features six dates at arenas across the midwest and east coast.
Supporting his most recent album, last year’s Meanwhile, Clapton’s 2025 tour kicks off on September 8th at Nashville’s Bridgestone Arena. He’ll then go on to hit Cleveland, Philadelphia, Boston, and New York before wrapping up in Uncasville, Connecticut. The Wallflowers will appear as a special guest at each date.
Fans can pick up tickets via a Live Nation pre-sale (use code FUNKY) starting Thursday, March 6th at 10:00 a.m. local time. The general ticket on-sale will then go live on Friday, March 7th at 10:00 a.m. local time via Ticketmaster.
Once tickets are on sale, fans can look for deals or get tickets to sold-out shows via StubHub, where orders are 100% guaranteed through StubHub’s FanProtect program. StubHub is a secondary market ticketing platform, and prices may be higher or lower than face value, depending on demand.
According to the press release, Clapton will be backed by a band consisting of Nathan East (bass and vocals), Edward ‘Sonny’ Emory III (drums), Doyle Bramhall II (guitar), Tim Carmon (hammond and keyboards), Chris Stainton (keyboard), Sharon White (backing vocals), and Katie Kissoon (backing vocals) for the U.S. dates.
