Dr Disrespect has called out fellow streamers NICKMERCS and Dr Lupo as “massive phonies,” “rats” and “disrespectful” over how they treated him and responded to the controversy surrounding him when there were allegations that he had inappropriate conversations with a minor.
In June 2024, news started to come out that the Doc had apparently engaged in inappropriate conversations with a minor using Twitch’s whisper feature back in 2017, which is what got him banned from the platform. He later admitted to having a “stumble” , but has since denied any kind of inappropriate contact with a minor.
Following the controversy, though, many of Dr Disrespect’s closest friends in the streaming world, such as NICKMERCS, TimTheTatman, and more, distanced themselves from him.
Nick even went on the Bussin’ With the Boys podcast and spoke about the situation, saying that he was cutting ties with the Two-Time and doesn’t agree with or condone what had come out.
Evidently, this rubbed the Doc the wrong way, as he spoke at length about the situation during his February 24 YouTube stream, several months after the podcast came out.
“I think NICKMERCS is the biggest f**king p*ssy in the world,” he said. “Lupo, obviously, he’s a fake. I didn’t talk about it before but I’m in the mood now. I think these people are the phoniest f**king people in the industry, man. You know what I mean, champs?
“Who does that? These people met Mrs Assassin and Baby Assassin [his wife and child]. They met them multiple times. So for Nick to go on some f**king low-budget podcast and talk about us the way he did, like, who does that? You f**king phony p*ssy.”
He added that by disrespecting him and his family, “that’s how you get knocked the f**k out,” after roasting Dr Lupo’s viewer count and saying the streamer “always copied him.”

That wasn’t all, though, as Doc carried on laying into Nick and Lupo.
“The issue I have with those two is they met Mrs Assassin and Baby Assassin multiple times,” he repeated. “They met my family. They know what I’m about. They got sucked in by an overexaggerated narrative that was blown up by these anime, desperate for attention, zero life experience people on the internet. These trolls.
“Then you’ve got people saying ‘but you admitted it.’ What did we admit? Some jokes and bantering? That’s what we said.”
He went on to speak on TimTheTatman and ZLaner, saying that they’re good people, but questioned why they never reached out to him to have a conversation. He added that they would have to apologize to him publicly for him to play with them again.
