Ludwig goes bald after losing LoL bet to Twitch chat

Twitch streamer Ludwig was forced to shave his head after losing a bet to his own chat and now, he’s being compared to several characters, including Megamind.

In a Twitch stream from February 23, Ludwig began streaming while wearing a wolf mask, but midway through, took it off and revealed his newly shaved bald head to his 3.4M followers.

“I’m bald, man. This is what I look like! Ok? I look like a neighbor you wouldn’t want to have. When I say I’m going to a meeting, it’s probably not a good one!” Ludwig exclaimed.

It wasn’t long until the comical comparisons came in. “It looks like you just got out of prison, dude,” said one via Twitch. “You look so British, it’s insane, dude!” added another.

On the same day, he revealed his shaved head, he posted an Instagram montage explaining why he had to go bald.

“Shaved my head to the bone (lost a bet to chat). I now fear mirrors and most women, and children fear me,” his caption read.

The streamer’s bet with his fans was that if he couldn’t reach platinum in League of Legends by January, he’d shave his head and being a man of his word, ended up keeping his promise.

Fans were instantly baffled by his appearance and made their opinions on his new doo, or lack thereof, known in the comments.

“And the crush is gone, thank you,” wrote a fan.

“Lud, I need you to buy a wig immediately,” said another.

Many commenters came up with several different characters to compare Ludwig to, calling him Megamind, Vin Diesel, Pitbull, Mr. Clean, and more.

Before shaving his head, the streamer sported thick hair, with a few inches of red-dyed locks. Though it’ll take time for it to grow back, some fans thought he looked good. “Not even that bad,” said one.

Though his appearance is strikingly different than what it was, Ludwig won’t have difficulty finding love, as he and his girlfriend of about four years, QTCinderella, are still dating.

In August 2024, Ludwig revealed his plans to propose to QT. Though he said he’d like to be engaged during his streaming career, he noted that when he and QT have kids, he’d like to retire from Twitch.
