The Lumineers Outline Expansive North American Tour with Dr. Dog, Nathaniel Rateliff & the Night Sweats, Lake Street Dive and More

The Lumineers have announced the North American leg of their tour in support of forthcoming LP, Automatic, due on Friday, Feb. 14. On the road, the band will make coast-to-coast stops and a pair of appearances in Canada, with support at select locations from list of special guests that includes, Young The Giant, St. Vincent, Nathaniel Rateliff & The Night Sweats, Lake Street Dive, Vance Joy, The Backseat Lovers, Dr. Dog, Hippo Campus, Tom Odell, and Chance Peña.

The tour will commence on July 3, with an evening spent on the Broadview Stage at SPAC in Saratoga Springs, N.Y. They will will follow up with a festival appearance at Milwaukee Summerfest on July 5 before returning to support their new LP at Cincinnati’s Riverbend Music Center. Lumineers will perform at The Pavilion at Star Lake in Burgettstown, Pa., on July 9 before hitting the outskirts of New York City for a concert at Citi Field on July 11.

A trio of New England stops arrive next before the ensemble moves toward the country’s center for an evening at Ruoff Music Center in Noblesville, Ind., on July 22. The remainder of the month includes Midwest appearances ahead of their creep out west, which initiates on July 30 at Utah First Credit Union Amphitheatre in West Valley City, Utah.

They’ll pop up to Colorado for a concert in Denver on August 2 before their tour route leads them to San Francisco’s Chase Center, followed by a night in LA. Afterward, the group will play two back-to-back concerts at Hayden Homes Amphitheater in Bend, Ore., on August 13 and 14, and one final PNW stop in Seattle. 

Wesley Schultz and Jeremiah Fraites will take a few weeks off before closing their August commitments in Chicago. September will take the band back to the Northeast and Canada before spending the latter half of the month in parts of the South and ending in Ohio. The extensive leg of dates will take them into October for a final fleet of Southern gigs and a three-night Texas closer.
