GARCELLE Beauvais’s brand-new California beach house has suffered a huge blow after 80k gallons of sewage spilled onto the shore, The U.S. Sun can exclusively reveal.
The RHOBH star dropped $2.25M to completely renovate and custom build her “dream home” on the Oxnard, CA property about 50 miles north of Los Angeles.

On Friday, an estimated 80,000 gallons of sewage spilled from the ocean outfall of a wastewater treatment plant which closed several beaches in Oxnard and Port Hueneme.
The Ventura County’s Environmental Health Division put up warning signs along nearby beaches that were impacted by the industrial drainage.
“Temporary closure of the shoreline between Port Hueneme Beach Park and the Ormond Beach area has been posted due to the release of partially treated wastewater through the treatment plant’s offshore pipeline.
“Residents and visitors are asked to avoid the area until further notice,” the city warned its residents in a public advisory.
The beaches still remain closed and will open when the water safety tests are successfully passed, the Ventura County Star reported.
Garcelle’s home is in the immediate area of the spill and is just a block from the water that has been marked dangerous and unsafe, The U.S Sun can exclusively reveal.
The now-closed contaminated beach is the same place they filmed the latest episode of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.
Kyle Richards, Sutton Stracke, Dorit Kemsley, Bozoma Saint John, Erika Jayne and Jennifer Tilly were invited to see Garcelle’s beach home for the first time.

The ladies marveled at her gorgeous newly-built property – which is three levels including a rooftop deck that overlooks the port.
Though the house is not waterfront, it’s just a short drive in a golf cart down to the ocean where the RHOBH cast filmed last weeks scene.
They appeared to have a good time and complimented Garcelle’s beautiful estate – but there was a moment of panic when the ladies screamed over a dead bird sitting in the sand.
In 2021, Garcelle dropped $765,000 for a humble one-bedroom cottage.
She made the space her own by dropping an additional $1.5m in renovations – making every little detail completely her choosing.
Following the renovations, the space now has three large bedrooms, a gorgeous aqua-colored kitchen, high-tech finishes and a rooftop deck that she calls her “party space.”
During a home tour, she proudly told the cameras: ”This has been my baby for the past three years, and finally it’s here.
“This has been my absolute dream come true. I worked so hard for this and I cannot believe all of this has finally come together.”
Fans of the hit Bravo reality show know that she revealed her ambitious plans to build a two-story, 2,700-square-foot home.

“I want to go up. I want to have different decks. I want it to be modern. I just want it to be a place my kids can go and just have fun, create memories.
“And when I’m gone they can say, ‘This is really cool that mom did this,'” the star explained during an episode.
Garcelle told her friends at the time of showing off her cottage on the show: “It’s really going to be little but I’m so excited.”
Her co-star Kyle responded supportively: “It’s yours, and you worked for it!”
Garcelle, who has a reported net worth of about $8million, lives full-time in her home in Northridge, California, which has five bedrooms and five bathrooms.
The property was newly built in 2019 and offers 3,362 square feet of space with an open floor plan.
