Celebrating the national day of love can be tricky, given that it takes place in the middle of the dreariest month, and this year, storms are forecasted for much of the country. So if your plan is to stay home and cuddle up on the couch (with a box of chocolates and glass of wine, of course), we’ve got you covered with these five Valentine’s Day movies available to stream on Netflix. Whether you’re indulging in self-care, hanging with your best buds, or snuggling with your sweetie, there’s a fun and flirty flick for you.

1. Holidate
Netflix
Valentine’s Day is just one of the holidays featured in this rom-com that takes place over the course of a year. Holidate stars Emma Roberts and Luke Bracey, whose characters decide to be each other’s holiday dates so they don’t have to be the only single ones at the party. What results is a silly, sincere movie that lets the actors’ chemistry shine. And with Kristin Chenoweth playing Roberts’ aunt, you know there’s going to be some major laughs.
2. Your Place or Mine
Netflix
Even as a big Reese Witherspoon fan, I can admit that it often feels like there’s not a movie she isn’t in. But Your Place or Mine is one to watch this Valentine’s Day. Witherspoon and Ashton Kutcher play lifelong best friends who swap homes for a week and get a new look into each other’s lives. It’s sort of The Holiday meets One Fine Day, and it’s the perfect mix of comedy and sentimentality to get you in the lovey-dovey mood.

3. How to Be Single
Warner Bros. Entertainment
Valentine’s Day isn’t all about romantic love, and How to Be Single is the perfect flick for your Galentine’s Day hang. It stars Dakota Johnson, Rebel Wilson, and Leslie Mann, the latter two of whom are rom-com geniuses. The characters aren’t 20-somethings, so it’s a relatable look at adulthood and singledom—one which will have you laughing out loud from start to finish.
4. Set It Up
Netflix
In my humble opinion, Set It Up never got its due among the rom-com ranks. Zoey Deutch and Glen Powell play office assistants who hatch a plan to set their bosses up—Taye Diggs and Lucy Liu—to give themselves a break. Of course, you can figure out the rest of the plot, but what’s refreshing about this movie is that you find yourself rooting for both generations of couples equally—and it’s really funny!

5. Sixteen Candles
Universal Pictures
Iconic filmmaker John Hughes made some of the most classic coming-of-age rom-coms, and one of the biggest, Sixteen Candles, is ready to be fired up on Netflix this Valentine’s Day. Molly Ringwald, Justin Henry, and Anthony Michael Hall round out a stellar cast that will have you laughing and cringing in equal parts while remembering those angsty, confusing, and innocent teen years.
