A Nepo-baby with a famous rock star dad has launched her pop career as she lands on Spotify playlist.
The Los-Angeles born beauty who bears a close resemblance to her well-known father has been making waves as a singer-songwriter.

Ava Maybee Cardoso-Smith, 23, has followed in the musical footsteps of her Red Hot Chilli Peppers dad Chad Smith.
The singer, who goes by Ava Maybee first released her track Lay Low in 2020 she has since continued to release music.
Sharing a screenshot of the track on Spotify at the time, Dad-of-four Chad proudly wrote on Instagram: “Check out my daughter @avamaybee 1st song streaming now”.
Last year, Ava released her song Self-Doubt has amassed nearly 30K views on YouTube.
Ava has landed herself a Spotify playlist where she has over 150 k monthly listeners.
Her most popular song Colours which she released in 2021 has gained her 12 million streams on the music listening app.
After releasing her biggest ever song Ava went right to her everyday job which she revealed in a TikTok post, she penned: “Released the biggest song of my career and went right back to my 9-5 check.”
Back in 2022, Ava appeared on the hit talent show American Idol and made through the audition stage bagging three yesses from judges Katy Perry, Lionel Richie, and Luke Bryan.
She made it all the way through to the Top 14 singing Harry Style’s Sign Of The Times however on this round she received the lowest number of votes and was eliminated.
The singer is very active on her TikTok page where she can often be seen promoting her music or making fun videos with her dad.
In one post Ava sits backstage at a concert with her dad as the pair rock out together, she captioned the clip: “I think me and dad are excited for my song to come out tonight….”
Ava’s dad Chad has been the drummer of funk rock band, Red Hot Chili Peppers since 1988.
At the time the band where looking for a replacement for their previous drummer D.H. Peligro who had been fired.
Chad auditioned and stepped in going onto record his first album with the band Mothers Milk in 1989.
Since then the drummer has recorded ten albums with the band, including their latest release, Return of the Dream Canteen, in 2022.
The Red Hot Chili Peppers have had numerous hits over their long career, some of their biggest and most popular songs include, Under the Bridge 1991, Californication 1999, Scar Tissue 1999 and Give It Away 1991.
