Just a few weeks after announcing a new album and 2025 tour, Japanese Breakfast’s Michelle Zauner stopped by The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon for a performance of her latest single, “Orlando in Love.” Watch a replay below.
Backed by her band and an army of strings players, Zauner brought the lushness of “Orlando in Love” to the stage. The performers all wore outfits to match the baroque pop energy, and there were enough candles littered throughout the set to worry your inner firefighter. It’s a vibe.

“Orlando in Love” was first released when Zauner announced her new album, For Melancholy Brunettes (& sad women), which will arrive in full on March 21st via Dead Oceans. The record will mark her first full-length release since 2021’s Jubilee.
