British comedy legends Matt Lucas and David Walliams today (February 4th) launch the first episode of their brand new podcast series ‘Making A Scene’.
Marking the duos first new project in 15 years, the pod sees the long-term friends turn their famous pals’ lives into “cinematic masterpieces”, by each week welcoming a high-profile guest into to their studio to reimagine their life as blockbuster movie.
Matt and David will chat to celebrities including Richard E. Grant, Alan Carr, Andrew Mensah, Jack Whitehall, Kevin Bishop, Tia Kofi and Stephen Merchant about their lives, and ask them to pick key scenes that would feature in the movie of their lives. Other fun questions include who would play them, what kind of movie their life would be, and perhaps most importantly whether their movie would be a box-office smash or go straight in the bargain bin?
The podcast’s weekly spin-off, ‘You Can’t Ask Me That!’ sees listeners send in their most awkward and unfiltered questions for Matt and David to hilariously tackle.
First episode of ‘Making A Scene’ with special guest Rob Brydon is out NOW and is available to listen to here.
