Happy Friday! 2025 has been a rollercoaster, to say the least, but music will always be there to get us through our days. It’s about to be February, and this year has been filled with epic musical releases. Get the weekend started with this week’s fresh drops.

Jessie Reyez – GOLIATH

When Jessie Reyez teased “GOLIATH” a few weeks ago she had fans begging her to release it. The Colombian-Canadian gets romantic with an old-school sound showing off her incredible vocals for a body-tingling track that will make you believe in love. 

Bomba Estéreo, Rawayana, ASTROPICAL – Me Pasa

Tropical powerhouses Bomba Estéreo, and Rawayana come together for their musical project, ASTROPICAL. “I’m highly intuitive. And always pay close attention to everything that’s happening around me,” Bomba Estéreo’s Liliana “Li” Saumet explained. “They’re a band that knows how to reinvent itself. They have inspired and moved me, and the message was quite clear: we needed to make some music together.” The debut single “Me Pasa (Piscis)” fuses Bomba Estéro’s Colombian Champeta roots and Rawayana’s Venezuelan arepas with infectious Caribbean sounds. 

Pedro Capó – La Carretera

After two years, Pedro Capó returns to the music scene with his new studio album, La Carretera. The title track is a genre-blending uplifting track with an old-school sound and sweet melody. “This is the most honest and comfortable album I’ve ever created. It is a very real version of my art and of what I want to share with the world,” Capó said. “Life is a journey, and like any road, it has its turns, ups, and downs, good and bad times “The Highway reminds us that it is not about the destination, but about the path we travel. ELENA ROSE, Morat – Un Beso Menos 

Elena Rose kicks off 2025 with “Un Beso Menos,” a heartfelt ballad featuring Morat. The artists perfectly match their powerful voices for this emotional track about fleeting love.

Tropa Magica – Xochi 

Psychedelic Cumbia Punk band Tropa Magica release “Xochi” the first single from their new album. Dedicated to a sweet pooch, the track comes with a tear-jerking music video featuring a montage of clips of the late dog. 

Natalia Natalia, Marco Mares – Quieres Volver 

Natalia Natalia and Marco Mares come together for “Quieres Volver.” The pop-rock love song shows off the singer’s powerful harmonies and vocals for a romantic experience. 

Trueno + Feid – CRUZ 

Argentine rapper and leading voice in Latin hip hop Trueno comes together with Colombian superstar Feid for “Cruz.” Blending Colombian and Argentine slang they tell a story about a painful romantic betrayal, anger, and resignation. 

Dariell Cano, DannyLux – No Me Borres

Dariell Cano and DannyLux team up for “No Me Borres,” a nostalgic sierreño ballad about heartbreak. Blending acoustic guitars, electric bass, and electronic sounds, their voices create an emotional atmosphere to think about a past love. 

 Christian Nodal – A Solas con la Botella 

Christian Nodal always seems to be releasing music. The Mexican singer drops the next part of his series, PA’L CORA EP. 02. There are six new tracks and Nodal closes the EP with “LLÓRAME UN RÍO,” with Snow Tha Product about love, loss, and moving on.
