The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers reveal that David Pressman has joined the cast in a new role. Michelle Stafford (Phyllis Summers) leaked the news through her recent Instagram stories, but there’s no word on who Pressman will be playing just yet.
This mystery man is about to hit GC, so it’ll be interesting to see who Pressman portrays and what storylines he might be part of.
Whatever the case, it’s always nice to see an intriguing new face on canvas.
Michelle Stafford certainly seems excited about this cast addition based on the content that was shared.
For starters, Stafford responded to a post in David Pressman’s own Instagram stories about getting to spend the whole morning hanging out with her.
Once Michelle Stafford shared the behind-the-scenes photo and gushed over her love for “DP,” she posted a hilarious video of some playful bickering between them at the studio.
Pressman could be seen urging Stafford to go learn her lines and stop filming him.
Stafford then wished Pressman luck and vowed not to watch him do his scenes before admitting to the camera she was totally going to watch him.
After Stafford added another little video of Pressman, she once again indicated her excitement.
“Yes!!!!! @david_pressman On #YR!!!!” Stafford said in her caption.
As for David Pressman’s other film and television projects, he’s had roles on Krapopolis, NCIS, American Housewife, True Detective, It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia and more.
Although Pressman’s upcoming part on Y&R remains unknown, we’ll be sure to pass along updates as more info becomes available.
No matter who this mystery man turns out to be, he’ll no doubt add to the drama in some way!
Pressman has a versatile look, so he could easily be playing a good guy or a villain depending on what situation his character lands in.
