The M3 Rock Festival has unveiled its 2025 lineup, headlined by David Lee Roth and a partial Ratt reunion featuring original members Stephen Pearcy and Warren DeMartini.
The three-day fest is set for May 2nd through the 4th at Merriweather Post Pavilion in Columbia, Maryland. Three-day passes and VIP packages go on sale Friday (January 31st) at noon ET via Ticketmaster.

DLR will be playing his first public gig since supporting KISS in March 2020, although he did play a pair of private Las Vegas corporate events in 2023. The booking officially answers any lingering questions regarding his vague claims of retirement from a few years ago.
Meanwhile, Pearcy and DeMartini will be taking the stage together once again, running through a set of Ratt classics. The performance will also celebrate the 40th anniversary of the band’s Invasion of Your Privacy LP.
“Never say never, right?” commented Pearcy of his reunion with DeMartini, who exited Ratt in 2018 [via Blabbermouth]. “There was no question when the idea was brought up doing something with Warren again. It wasn’t even a thought/ It’s time, let’s do this. ‘Pearcy / DeMartini’ back in the cellar, let’s go! Let’s break the ice, with the utmost respect and do what we do best together, play Ratt music. It’ll seem like yesterday instead of years when we’re back onstage regardless. It’s time to Ratt n’ roll again, even if it’s a double shot. It’s about the band’s legacy.”
Pearcy continued, “It’s only appropriate that the first show in years is at M3 2025. It’s a great event. You’re getting ALL the Ratt hits and more, let the ‘Invasion’ celebration begin.”
The rest of the lineup is a who’s-who of ’80s hard rock and hair metal heroes such as Sebastian Bach, Ace Frehley, Accept, Winger, Slaughter, Steven Adler, Warrant, Great White, Lita Ford, Vixen, and more.
