Leiomyosarcoma, also known as LMS, is a rare and aggressive cancer that develops in the smooth muscles of the body.

According to Mayo Clinic: “Leiomyosarcoma is a type of soft tissue sarcoma. Soft tissue sarcoma is a broad group of cancers that begin in the connective tissues. Connective tissues connect, support and surround other body structures.”

Deborah, who was a mother-of-six, with her having brought up the three sets of twins, was initially misdiagnosed before her cancer diagnosis.

And now it has been revealed that the Nanny 911 star shared a harrowing post online just one day before her death on January 14.

On January 13, Deborah responded to a follower who thanked her for helping him battle anxiety and PTSD.

“It meant a lot to me that you shared that,” Deborah replied to the follower.

She went on: “I sit here and I think, ‘Why me? … What have I done in this world to make a difference?’ And maybe this was my purpose.

“You have a lot to live for. You have a lot of people still out there for you, and I don’t want to go anywhere either. I really don’t.”

Deborah had been posting about her cancer battle since 2020, with her often being open and honest about her illness.

Though her health battle began with a persistent cough in 2019.

The cough then saw Deborah get a misdiagnosis of bronchitis before discovering a mass in her pulmonary artery through a CT scan following an accident.

DEBORAH’S CANCER BATTLE

She was then diagnosed with Leiomyosarcoma, and underwent several treatments like open-heart surgery, chemotherapy, and radiation.

Despite Deborah undergoing many different treatments, her cancer returned multiple times.

The TV star and mother-of-six then went into hospice care earlier this year.
