Opera singer Nadine Sierra maintains her well-being by staying active and embracing the outdoors. Recently, she shared photos on Instagram of herself ATVing, captioning, “Celebrating our mother’s birthday a bit early, but who’s counting ✨(just missing our little one @melaniessierra).” From yoga to gym sessions, Nadine finds ways to prioritize her health and balance a demanding career with self-care.
On vacation, basking in the sunlight, she performs a yoga pose to relax and center herself. “This vacation has come to an end 🥲 Returning with a happy mommy, a bit of a tan, fun memories from our adventures & fully recovered from my sickness I got two weeks ago! Adios Costa Rica,” she said on a slideshow of photos on Instagram. According to the Mayo Clinic, “yoga brings together physical and mental disciplines that may help you achieve peacefulness of body and mind. This can help you relax and manage stress and anxiety.”
She’s passionate about her career. “By the pool & felt like singing some Rodolfo/testing out my voice 😉 I’m slowly getting better from this cold I had these past few day & promise to be there tomorrow for the very last ‘Rigoletto’ performance ✨ I’m doing everything in my power to be well and fit…wishing you all a lovely day,” she said on a video of her singing on Instagram.
She prioritizes her health, making time for workouts. “Tonight is the last performance at the @wienerstaatsoper ✨ I’m so looking forward, but also feeling a bit melancholic….it feels like I just arrived here in a way. I’m going to train a bit at the gym beforehand and have to pack up all of my stuff for tomorrow’s morning flight back to NYC ✈️ See you tonight,” she said on a photo of her in the gym on Instagram.
She does floor exercises and uses weights while building strength in the gym. “At the gym keeping up with my training & getting ready to travel tomorrow! Have a very cool event to go to over the weekend ✨ and looking forward to sharing it with other colleagues and YOU! Let’s see where we end up going,” she said on Instagram.
She’s grateful for the support and takes time to rest when needed. “Thank you everyone for your well wishes and supportive messages! I really appreciate it 🤍I’m in Florida now and taking a good rest, which feels incredible! I truly needed this…Have a lovely Sunday,” she said on Instagram.
