Jade Carey, an extraordinary gymnast and Olympian, has dazzled audiences with her skills as part of the U.S. team in the Summer Olympics. Recently, she shared her enthusiasm for returning to her roots at Oregon State University with the caption, “Back in the orange & black #gobeavs.” Carey’s journey reflects not only her athletic talent but also her dedication to health, wellness, and personal growth.
From staying positive through challenges to performing at her best on global stages, Carey combines gratitude and resilience in her daily life. Her commitment to mobility work, tracking her progress, and appreciating her support system helps her stay grounded and motivated. With a dynamic routine that includes physical and mental preparation, she exemplifies what it means to be a world-class athlete.
She appreciates the support she receives. “Redemption tour complete 😄🌟making this olympic team and bringing home a vault medal was such a big goal of mine. thank you to everyone for all of your love and support. this moment wouldn’t have been possible without you all. always trust the process and believe in the power of your dreams,” she said on Instagram.
She enjoys performing and it keeps her active. “Gold over america tour 2024. it’s hard to say goodbye to this incredible show. this tour has been one of the most special times of my life and i am forever grateful to have had this opportunity. to the amazing people who worked day in and day out to make this show possible, i can’t thank you enough. to the cast, thank you for making every single day so special. so many inspiring people that pushed me to be the best version of myself every single day. this show will always hold a special place in my heart. stay golden,” she said on Instagram.
She appreciates all the love, through good times and bad. “All heart 🤍 not the day i was expecting to have but i can’t thank you all enough for the love and support. i am so proud of this team and what we accomplished today. we’re not done yet,” she said on Instagram.
On a video of her working out, she said “dynamic warm ups and mobility work have been essential to my routine. they help prep my body to feel good and be ready to go in the gym.” According to ACE Fitness, “mobility, along with the skills of dynamic balance and coordination, is derived from the coordination of different physiological systems, primarily the central nervous system (CNS) and myofascial systems. Consistent mobility training can improve the communication between the CNS and muscles to enhance an individual’s ability to move with precision, style and grace, while simultaneously improving extensibility and joint ROM.”
She focuses on her progress. On Instagram, she said “@healingmotionpt helping me to progress my power, speed, strength, and endurance while optimizing my recovery 💪,” on a video of her doing box jumps, lifting weights, and doing pull ups, among other floor exercises.
