Lauren LaVera is dressing up for Halloween in a Kill Bill inspired costume. In a new social media post the Terrifier stunner shows off her amazing figure dressed up as Uma Thurman’s iconic character. “Those of you lucky enough to have your lives, take them with you. Lauren recently went for a hike in Switzerland. “Some of the most beautiful views I have ever seen and will ever seeâŚ. Looking at our nieces⌠the country isn’t so bad either i guessâŚ,” she captioned an Instagram post. According to the National Parks Service, the physical benefits of hiking include:
- Building stronger muscles and bones
- Improving your sense of balance
- Improving your heart health
- Decreasing the risk of certain respiratory problems
Hydration is key, according to Lauren. She also revealed that “water” is essential in an interview with The Bare Magazine And, she loves drinking Celsius energy drinks when she needs a boost of caffeine. According to the Mayo Clinic, hydration is important for a variety of reasons. Water helps get rid of waste through urination, perspiration, and bowel movements, keeps your temperature normal, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues.
Lauren strength trains and gets motivation from other people at the gym. “I was complaining a lot about lifting today. I kept wanting to stop; wasn’t feelin’ it. Then this absolute baddie comes in, lifting 2x what I was, doing it all while only having one hand. I never felt like a bigger pos. I finished my workout, not looking nearly as badass as her,” she tweeted. According to the Mayo Clinic, strength and weight training help reduce body fat, preserve and increase lean muscle mass, and burn calories more efficiently. Strength training may also help you:
- Develop strong bones
- Manage your weight
- Enhance your quality of life
- Manage chronic conditions
- Sharpen your thinking skills
In the interview with The Bare, Lauren revealed that martial arts is her favorite workout. Studies confirm that the practice helps with balance, cognitive function and psychological health in addition to weight loss and physical fitness.
In addition to hydration, Lauren relies on a simply skincare routine to keep her skin glowing. “I start with cleansing my face with CeraVe Foaming Facial Cleanser. I then move onto a toning pad followed by Alto Advanced Defense and Repair Serum by Skin Better Science. I end my routine with Mystro Active Balance Serum by Skin Better and finish by moisturizing with CeraVe lotion,” she told The Bare Magazine.
