Kody, 55, and Robyn, 46, purchased a six-bedroom, seven-bathroom home in Flagstaff, Arizona for $2,100,000 on October 24.

HOME SWEET HOME
A real estate description for the new home reads, “Welcome to this magnificent and spacious estate that provides a unique opportunity to own a luxurious and versatile move-in ready property that boasts significant upgrades, many of which can be controlled from a smartphone.”
The 7,784 square-foot home boasts a guest house, a detached RV garage with a workshop area, and space for seven cars,

MORE REAL ESTATE
Kody and Robyn currently own a five-bedroom, four-bathroom home, which has been featured on TLC’s Sister Wives.
They purchased the home in August 2019 for $890,000.
Kody and Robyn listed the home for $1,650,000 in August 2024 before taking it off the market in October.
Purchasing the home caused tension in the family, as Kody and Robyn bought the house instead of building on Coyote Pass land.
Kody planned to build homes on the property that was purchased in 2018 for $820,000 with Robyn and his then-wives Janelle, 55, Christine, 52, and Meri, 53.
The U.S. Sun can confirm Kody has not filed permits to begin building on Coyote Pass.
The family seemed to have been moving forward with the plan, as The U.S. Sun previously reported Kody and Janelle paid off the plot of land in their name on June 2, 2023, and an additional plot in Robyn’s name purchased for $170,000 each.
FAMILY BREAKDOWN
Kody has separated from three of his four wives in recent years.
Christine announced her split from Kody in November 2021.
She moved to Utah with their teen daughter Truely and announced her engagement to David Woolley in April after just months of dating.
The couple married in October 2023.
The U.S. Sun reported Christine signed over the parcel in her name to Kody and Robyn for just $10 on July 28, 2022.
Christine expressed her unhappiness in the marriage with Kody on Sister Wives.
A main issue what that he spent the majority of his time at Robyn’s home with their five children.
Christine is now suing Kody for custody of Truley, 14, and child support.
Janelle and Kody announced their split on Sister Wives: One on One in January 2023.
Janelle said on the special, “Kody and I have separated and I’m happy, really happy.
“I don’t know, things just really became sort of indifferent, like I just didn’t care anymore.
“I’ve kind of mourned that that part of our life is gone. I wasn’t heartbroken. It wasn’t heartbreaking for me like it was for Christine.
“It was just kind of like, I just mourned that that life was gone… We had this great run.”
On the series, the couple also fought over Kody living primarily with Robyn, as well as his feud with their sons.
Meri announcing her split from Kody then followed, as they had been having marital troubles for years.

ANOTHER SPLIT?
Kody, who is a father of 18, still remains legally married to Robyn despite their marital issues on the current season of Sister Wives.
Robyn told Kody in a clip, “I’m having a hard time, feeling like [I’m] losing respect for you.”
Kody shouted back, “Robyn, I can’t even get it straight with you right now!”
A source exclusively told The U.S. Sun, “Robyn and Kody are not doing well. They have been very unhappy. I mean, they’ve been unhappy since everything fell apart, but even more so now, it’s getting worse.
“He’s just really mad at the world right now. He’s not who he used to be at all,” the source continued.
“He’s completely changed. He’s angry and he’s volatile, and he doesn’t like anybody that’s not worshiping him.”
In addition to the splits, Kody has also been mourning the loss of his son Garrison with Janelle, who died by suicide at age 25 in March.
Season 19 of Sister Wives airs on Sundays at 10 pm ET on TLC.
