Hugs from people you love, a good nights sleep, yummy food, and being outside in nature, or yes binging reality tv. I know these are all sort of cheesy things I’m lucky enough to be able to do daily but I’ve realized that when I’m feeling my lowest I need to revert back into the basics to try and mend or get by. It’s scary how quickly emotions can come and go, how quickly things can change but I’m trying to not be fearful of it.”
