Venezuelan Goddess Catherine Fulop in Two-Piece Workout Gear Did "Strength Work"

Catherine Fulop is working out – in her two-piece exercise set. In a new social media post the Venezuelan beauty shows off her amazing body in a black workout top and leggings. In her Instagram Stories clips she reveals that she “did a lot of strength work,” she says. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

Catherine exercises daily. “Hello my beautiful people! Today Saturday is also training, it’s the 4th day of training this week and as I always tell you, I like to train 5 or 6 days a week. I still have Sunday, hahaha hopefully the will comes to me!!” she captioned a post.

Catherine loves circuit training. “We hope you enjoy it and serve as a guide,” she captioned a post of a workout. “Circuit work 5 laps – Quads Extension – Chest Flat – Triceps Extension in Pulley – Kettlebell swing – Abs sit up or plank Rounds of 30 second activity for 15 second rest. Or if it is easier for you 5 rounds of 12 to 15 repetitions of each circuit exercise and always rest 15 seconds between exercise and exercise When finishing hiit bike 6 rounds of 1:30 minutes work (moderate load) x 1:00 minute act Break ivo (pedal) no charge. All the work won’t take you more than 50 minutes!! And repeat with us: GIVING UP IS NOT AN OPTION.”

“Working out makes me unload, stress, anger, fear, all the negative energies I unload at the Gym, I swear it works,” she revealed in the 2021 post. Physical activity is anything that gets your body moving. Each week adults need 150 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity and 2 days of muscle-strengthening activity, according to the current Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans.

“Everything we do repeatedly is what will cause effects. That’s why when they ask me how I take care of myself, I always answer that it’s not about just one thing. There’s not much of a secret,” Catherine said. “Focus on your habits, your training, your diet, your rest and consult with your doctor so that he can guide you and add a supplement if you need it or you think it can enhance your training.”

Catherine maintains a healthy diet. “Physical activity is fundamental to sustain myself healthy, I consider it it’s 40% and the other 60% has to do with our diet,” she said in a post. “I try to eat healthy and never stop taking my detox juice in the morning and my AMPK Protein Smoothie.”
