What Is Tyler, the Creator’s “CHROMAKOPIA” World Tour?
“CHROMAKOPIA: THE WORLD TOUR” is an expansive run of live shows from Tyler, the Creator that will support his new album of the same name. It will see the rapper hit over 60 arenas across the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Europe, New Zealand, and Australia.
If the upcoming jaunt is anything like previous album support tours from Tyler, the Creator, it’s sure to be theatrical and deeply thematic. The rapper boasted integrate staging and costume design during his IGOR era, and CHROMAKOPIA is shaping up to be every bit as conceptual.
Will he be in his new sepia-toned costume? Will he wear the mask? Will he be backed by a cast of dancers? Hints might come once the album drops in full on Monday, October 28th, but only time will tell what the artist has in store for the CHROMAKOPIA stage show.
Prior to the tour, Tyler, the Creator will be hosting his annual music festival Camp Flog Gnaw in Los Angeles this November. The event is set to feature performances from André 3000, Erykah Badu, DJ Mustard, Vince Staples, and Playboi Carti, as well as Tyler’s former Odd Future buddies, Earl Sweatshirt, Syd, Mike G, and Domo Genesis.
Who Is Opening for Tyler, the Creator on the “CHROMAKOPIA” World Tour?
Lil Yachty and Paris Texas will join Tyler, the Creator on the “CHROMAKOPIA” world tour. Lil Yachty is fresh off the release of Bad Cameo, his full-length collaborative album with James Blake, while Paris Texas dropped their excellent debut studio album Mid Air back in 2023.
