In her Instagram video, Morris is seen enjoying eggs on toast. Eggs have a lot of benefits. Keck Medicine states, “Eggs have been a dietary staple since time immemorial and there’s good reason for their continued presence in our menus and meals. Not only do they offer culinary variety — hard-boiled eggs, omelets, deviled eggs and then some — they are also a source of protein, calcium and several vitamins and nutrients.”
Morris is seen enjoying avocado in one of her healthy recipes in her Instagram video. Avocados are very beneficial. The Cleveland Clinic states, “Avocados include vitamins C, E, K1, B6 and folate, plus essential minerals like potassium and copper. They’re low in sugar, loaded with fiber and high in monosaturated fats, aka ‘good’ fats. Oh, and did we mention that they taste great and they’re super versatile?!”
Morris is seen enjoying a salad in her Instagram video. In it, she included cucumbers. The Cleveland Clinic states that cucumbers are very good for you. “Cucumbers belong to the gourd or Cucurbitaceae family, along with pumpkins, squash and melons. This low-calorie fruit (yes, a fruit — it has seeds and grows from a flowering plant!) is chock-full of water and other nutrients, including fiber, vitamins A, K and C, potassium and calcium. One serving equals about 100 grams, or one-third of a medium-size cucumber.”
One way Morris makes sure to eat healthy is by cooking her own meals. She shares a lot of her favorite recipes on Instagram. In this video, Morris shared her recipe for pancakes. She captioned the post, “I could never get sick of these tbh🤩 SO good. If you don’t know, get to know!!👇🏼Recipe for the pancakes: – 1 egg – 1/4 cup egg whites – 1/2 cup whipped cottage cheese (I use friendship brand!) – 1/4 cup @birchbenders protein pancake mix (still 29g protein with regular pancake mix!) My fav addition is strawberry and chocolate chips! Some other favorites are apple cinnamon, mixed berry, and pumpkin spice! MACROS (without toppings): 26g carbs, 7g fat, 38g protein for 325 cals❤️”
