General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that we’ve got some comings and goings news to share, so let’s dive in. For starters, can we talk about how wonderful it was to see Laura Collins (Genie Francis) return for her long-awaited reunion with Lucky Spencer (Jonathan Jackson)?
On social media, fans were quick to praise Jonathan Jackson and Genie Francis for their incredible performances.
It was easy to feel the deep emotions and rich history during those scenes at the GH chapel, so Francis and Jackson really brought the talent as a TV mother-son duo.
There were also a couple of new faces on-screen recently that we want to mention.
Judy Kain was playing the part of Elaine, the dog-toting private investigator who was working for Martin Grey (Michael E. Knight).
Jackson Mercado also played Principal Ford during the scenes where Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) and Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) visited his office at Violet Finn’s (Jophielle Love) school.
During the week of October 14-18, Cassandra James will reprise her role as Terry Randolph, so look for her to surprise Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) and push her bestie to open up about Lucky again.
Parry Shen will also make more appearances as Brad Cooper now that he’s realized Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) tampered with Heather Webber’s (Alley Mills) lab results.
We’ll see Brad make some shocking moves in the aftermath of this discovery.
We should also talk about Scott Reeves since he’s set to make a comeback as Steven Webber on October 24.
It’s been 11 years since Reeves exited the role of Steven and went to prison, but Elizabeth mentioned that he was released and would likely settle in Sedona.
In a recent interview with TV Insider, Reeves admitted that it was like riding a bicycle when it came to getting back in the soap groove.
Since Reeves plays Heather’s son, he also reflected on some fun scenes coming up with Alley Mills and had nothing but kind things to say about her.
Although Reeves has already finished filming his brief return stint, he’s on board for more in the future.
“I would be totally open to coming back because I think there’s so much potential with Steven. Anytime they want me back, I’m there,” Reeves said.
Our GH predictions point to some tension as Steven finally comes home to Port Charles and interacts with his mother again.
