Mind and Body Influencer Sheena Jayne in Two-Piece Workout Gear is "Halfway There"

Sheena Jayne is halfway through her pregnancy and reflecting – in her two-piece workout gear. In a new social media post the mind and body influencer shows off her baby bump and discusses what she has been up to with her followers. “It’s surreal that I’m already halfway through this pregnancy, but here we are (20+3 today) 🥰🦋✨These past 20 weeks have been a mix of slow days and fast weeks, especially with the challenges of intense morning sickness. But despite the ups and downs, time has flown by,” she writes. “I’ve been quieter on social media because my focus has been on taking care of myself, my family, and my clients. This season of life has truly taught me the importance of balancing my energy and learning how to steward it wisely. Slowing down as needed and knowing how to refill my own cup has been essential in keeping up with the demands on my body and mind.” How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

“In my decade as a holistic coach, I have unearthed three pillars that guide every woman to embody their most empowered, conscious and connected version of self:

move, nourish, and be,” Sheena writes in a post. “Let’s look at the first pillar: Move. Beyond physical exercise, moving your body regularly is an opportunity for connection with self and a celebration of your life force energy. Strength training is a fundamental of this pillar, a practice to transform and challenge both your body and mind.”

Here is how she explains the “essence” of strength training:

  • “In strength training, we hone the connection between mind and muscle forging powerful awareness and connection with your physical vessel,” she writes.
  • “Strength training offers more than just physical benefits. It’s an invitation for a profound connection with your body — a journey inward, discovering the strength and resilience that resides within,” she adds.
  • “Consider each lift a moving meditation — a space for mindfulness. It’s not just about building muscle; it’s about being fully present in the act of sculpting your strength,” she encourages.

Benefits Across Mind, Body, and Spirit:

  • “Strength training is a mental fortress. As you lift, focus, and conquer, you cultivate discipline — an invaluable asset in every facet of your life,” she claims.
  • “Beyond physical benefits, strength training is a celebration of what your body can achieve,” she points out.
  • “As you strengthen your physical vessel, find a deeper understanding of the power of movement to transform your relationship with your body, and your self,” she encourages.

The second pillar, Nourish, “is dedicated to the art of conscious nutrition,” she says.

What Conscious Nutrition Represents:

  • “Nourishment goes beyond just what’s on your plate; it’s about developing a profound knowledge of nutrition, macronutrients, and your energy requirements,” she says.
  • “Conscious nutrition creates a robust foundation for physical vitality providing your body with the right fuel to support its energy needs, fostering a thriving foundation in your life,” she continues.
  • “Developing a harmonious relationship with food and your body aligns with the essence of holistic wellness. It’s a conscious choice to nourish your body in a way that supports your utmost well-being,” she adds.

“The third pillar dives into the essence of Being, where self-awareness, self-leadership, and self-mastery converge to guide you towards embodying your highest self,” she says.

What Being Represents:

  • “Being is about developing an understanding of your inner workings and the tools and skills to thrive as a human being, essential on the path to embodying your highest self,” she says.
  • “Dive deep into the art of mindfulness. Learn the power of presence and forge a profound connection with your inner self. It’s about living more consciously to create an intentional and fulfilling life,” she adds.
  • “Being is a journey of constant growth and self-mastery. It’s about evolving into the most conscious version of yourself and creating the highest possibilities for your life,” she maintains.

How Being Connects to the Whole:

  • “Embracing the path of embodying your highest self fosters a powerful connection with your inner self, aligning with the essence of holistic well-being,” she says.
  • “Mindfulness practices bring not only power but a sense of peace and clarity, supporting the transformation of your mental and emotional landscape. It’s a journey towards inner harmony and balance that allows you to show up fully for yourself and embody the woman you want to be,” she continues.
  • “Fostering personal growth is the key to unlocking the full spectrum of your potential in every area of your life. It’s a conscious choice to evolve, creating a life that radiates authenticity and purpose,” she says.

Sheena recently shared a “follow-along glute workout that epitomizes my current approach: quality over quantity,” she wrote in a post.

  2. Cable Sumo Stance Squat (with band)
  3. Ballerina Stance Hip Thrust (with band)
  4. Machine Abduction dropset

“In this season of life, my weekends are a whirlwind of activity, yet I’m always anchored by my pillars: move, nourish, be,” she wrote in a post. “I spend a lot of weekend moments deliberately filling my cup and resetting for the week ahead. This weekend, I prioritised self-care with my own training and sauna, spent time training and posing with my amazing @sheenajayne_fitness clients Emma and Arianna both getting ready for their first bikini competition, savoured walks around the neighbourhood with my mini, and cherished precious family time. While a bit more schedule-less downtime wouldn’t hurt, I always remind myself to be grateful for living the reality I once dreamed of. Life may be full, but it’s also incredibly fulfilling✨Cheers to the week ahead my friends, may yours be filled with the peace and progress you seek.”
