London-based singer-songwriter Alice Costelloe has released her latest single, ‘My Whole Life,’ the second offering from her upcoming EP When It’s The Time, set to release on November 1 via Moshi Moshi Records.

Following her debut EP So Neurotic, Costelloe’s latest track marks a progression in her sound, blending art-pop, indie, and electronic elements. ‘My Whole Life’ was written during a period of recovery after a challenging health diagnosis, and the song captures her introspection on mortality and self-care. Produced by Mike Lindsay, the track showcases a stripped-back, intimate approach that highlights Alice’s reflective and witty lyricism.

Costelloe explains:

“It was the first time I’d really had to consider my health and mortality, and this was the first song I wrote when I started on the medication that I’ll now be on for life. I looked back on all the times I’d not felt right for years and wondered how different things could have been if I’d acted sooner.”

With ‘My Whole Life,’ Alice Costelloe offers a raw and thoughtful meditation on life’s uncertainties, setting the tone for what’s to come in her upcoming EP.
