Influencer Krystal Lavenne in Two-Piece Workout Gear is "Gettin Back at It!!"

Krystal Lavenne is a model, actress, and fitness guru, who moved into training, as well. “💪🏽Gettin back at it!! #bawseballerina #bodybawse #gymgirl,” she said on Instagram. The health and wellness influencer has built quite the following of people just as passionate and dedicated to living a healthy lifestyle. Here’s what she does to stay in great shape.

She enjoys going out for dinner, while still keeping it healthy, enjoying foods like oysters. “She likes to dine… out 😎also swipe for weird AF AI versions of me with my ‘oysters’ last slide in time for #spookyszn,” she said on Instagram. It turns out [oysters are a] rich source of these key nutrients when eaten; vitamin D, copper, zinc, selenium, iron, and vitamin B12,” according to the Cleveland Clinic.

She knows it’s important to spend time outside, soaking in some much needed vitamin D. “Soak up the sunshine while u can. Nothing is guaranteed ☀️ #makethebestoflife #stayupmyfriends #endofsummer #dogmom,” she said on Instagram. According to mind.org, “spending time in nature has been found to help with mental health problems such as anxiety and depression. For example, research into ecotherapy (a type of formal treatment which involves doing activities outside in nature) has shown it can help with mild to moderate depression. This might be due to combining regular physical activity and social contact with being outside in nature.”

She aims to improve day by day, staying accountable. “It’s rather humbling to see my body and skin look and feel different than any other time in my life, to have so much muscle atrophy and eek 😬 is that cellulite? But it fuels me to want to be healthy again and strong again, it motivates me because more than how I LOOK I realize how I FEEL matters more. And right now I feel weak, frail, lethargic, apologetic… things that don’t fit within my view or plan for myself. So here’s to accepting where ur at and aiming for where we intend to be!!! 💪🏽 #grateful #healthiswealth #motivation #selflove #istilllookgoodtho #musclememorywillkickinsoon,” she said on Instagram.

She finds ways to stay positive and be herself, even through tough times like recovering and healing from surgery. “Finding ways to feel like myself even when I can’t do all the things I’ve used to define ‘me’ for so long… what’s still intact is my humor, my personality, my knowledge my joy, my kindness, my soul… so yeah I can’t do physical stuff for a while but I’m still ME! #gentlereminder #selflove #gratitude #healingprocess,” she said on Instagram.

She knows that strength is something to be celebrated! “Stronger 💪🏽 #tbt reminder that I am strong and capable. Been a while since I had that type of muscle but it’s still me, and I can still do what I put my mind to. 🙏🏽 happy Friday yall!! #bodybuilding #bikinicompetition #strongwomen #strongisbeautiful #shorthairdontcare,” she said on Instagram. Strength training has many benefits. For example, “by stressing your bones, strength training can increase bone density and reduce the risk of osteoporosis,” according to the Mayo Clinic.
