Blac Chyna loves her morning Joe. “When I wake up, I start off either with a double espresso or black coffee, I might add a little bit of creamer,” she revealed to Life & Style. “Then, I’ll have another cup of coffee to kind of curb my appetite. Sometimes, people tend to eat out of boredom and things like that, when it shouldn’t be that way.”
“From there, I might skip breakfast, or I might eat the food I made the night before. I love leftovers,” she continued to Life & Style. “I’m a really, really, really, really, really big seafood fan.” Another one of her faves? Baked, or sometimes fried, chicken. “For dinner, it depends on how I’m feeling that day. For the most part, I try not to eat too much. Because I’m always in the house, I’ve found myself in the refrigerator eating random things.”
Chyna has one key diet trick, and it involves hydration. “If you feel like you’re hungry, if you drink a cup of water and then wait 30 minutes, you probably won’t be as hungry. Also, another little trick that I figured out, is to get a small saucer plate,” she told Life & Style. “It’s about eating in portions and slower.”
Chyna does a lot of ab work. In a video for Life & Style she revealed her at-home routine, which includes weighted Russian twists, bicycling, planking, and side planking.”There are no excuses if you can’t get to the gym. Oh, well! You can do some at-home exercises,” she said.
In another video, she revealed her secret booty weapon. “Another exercise I like to do are squats,” she said. To make the move even more intense, she holds onto a kettlebell as she squats. “When you come up, make sure you squeeze and keep your core, super, super, super tight,” she suggested.
