Influencer Mariana Morais in Two-Piece Workout Gear is "Starting a New Program"

Mariana Morais, a successful influencer, personal trainer, and founder of Bear Bites Gummies, has been making waves with her new workout program. Recently, she teased her Instagram followers about it, saying, “Excited to get back into routine next week with a fresh new program w for the fall 🤍 can you guess what it is?? ✨” Known for her passion for fitness and wellness, Morais often shares her workout routines, encouraging others to stay active and prioritize their health. Whether it’s Pilates or treadmill sessions, she is dedicated to maintaining a healthy lifestyle, which she shares with her growing community of followers.

Morais shares a lot of her favorite workouts on Instagram. In this video, she is seen doing Pilates exercises. Pilates is a great workout to do. Better Health states, “Pilates promotes mobility and strength of all the major muscle groups in the body in a balanced fashion, whilst also having a key focus on the deep core muscles. It improves posture, flexibility, strength, balance and body awareness.

According to this Instagram post, Morais owns and uses a treadmill. Using a treadmill has a lot of benefits. Kettering Health states, “Treadmills also offer the benefit of consistency. You don’t need to worry about canceling a run due to poor weather or if your typical route is suddenly under construction. Plus, you don’t need to contend with potentially distracted drivers. If you’re training for a race, treadmills can also help stave off aches and pains, even overuse injuries.”

Morais is also seen doing B-stance RDLs in this Instagram story. NASM states that deadlifts are very beneficial. The move was introduced to the masses in the 90s by Romanian weightlifter Nicu Vlad (an Olympic and World Weightlifting champion) and his coach Dragomir Cioroslan. The two invented the move to help Nicu strengthen his back for the clean and jerk. Today, RDLs are commonly used to strengthen the posterior chain, using the core muscles to stabilize and the hamstrings and glutes to drive the movement.”

Morais walks to keep herself in shape. She shared this video on Instagram of herself doing so. Walking is a great way to stay in shape. Harvard Health states, “Harvard researchers looked at 32 obesity-promoting genes in over 12,000 people to determine how much these genes actually contribute to body weight. Among the study participants who walked briskly for about an hour a day, the effects of those genes were cut in half.”
