Blackout Problems and Lake Malice have collaborated on brand-new single ‘Quicker Than Death’, which was mixed and mastered by Enter Shikari’s Rou Reynolds.
Released via SO Recordings, the new track was also co-produced with Blackout Problems frontman Mario Radetzky and Lake Malice.
The new track arrives as the two outfits gear up for the RIOT tour across Europe and the UK.
Kicking-off in Frankfurt on 02 October, the 24-date run will see additional support from post-hardcore band Sperling.

Speaking of the new track, Blackout Problems have shared:
“In preparation of our upcoming tour we thought it might be great to get to know each other up front and work on a song together.
“One that we can put into our sets and represent both bands on the RIOT Tour. It’s a great fit and we’re really looking forward to sharing the stage in 10 countries.
“The song has been mixed and mastered by one of our favourite artists Rou Reynolds of Enter Shikari which is just another highlight.”
Brighton duo Lake Malice have added:
“It’s amazing to have the opportunity to work on a song together without even being in the same country and it was a great creative challenge.
“We didn’t even talk about what we wanted to make. We just started out and since both bands are artistically pretty different the mix led us to something new.
“It came about really naturally and we love the outcome a lot.”
