DUA Lipa fans have been left frustrated and disappointed after chaos to secure tickets to her Radical Optimism tour.
The Houdini singer is heading across the world with her new show, starting in Singapore in November and running through to October 2025.
The British icon shared her excitement today on Instagram, sharing insights into rehearsals and writing: “WUUUURLTOOOOUR IS ON SALE NOW!!! + we added some more shows for ya during the presale ❤️ ! so happy…I COULD POP!”
However, fans have become the latest to fall victim to Ticketmaster demand struggle, with long queues, prices being hiked, and the site crashing before purchase can be completed.
In an even bigger sting, the One Kiss singer’s adoring fans were left fuming that resale tickets at a jacked-up price were already being put on sale.
This comes just weeks after the ticket site came under fire for hiking up prices for Oasis tickets and leaving fans waiting in a line for hours.
Sharing their frustrations on social media, fans urged Dua to try and “do something” to fix the issue.
“It’s impossible to get tickets in Madrid, three days trying to buying and nothing!!!! Dua do something for us,” one told her on Instagram.
Another shared on X: “Made it into the @DUALIPA presale when it started with over 16,000 people ahead of me.
“Didn’t get the tickets and there are now hundreds of tickets already on resale platforms, all before general ticket sales begin
“This is a broken system As a music fan, I’m discouraged.”
“Not even 5 minutes into the general sale for Dua Lipa’s Radical Optimism Tour and most of the tickets are already listed for resale more than double the price?? What the f*** Ticketmaster” raged another.
“Was literally 7000th in the queue for dua lipa tickets and got nothing! presale obviously got all the tickets, what a joke.” wrote a fourth.
While a fifth said: “This aint right. tickets just went on sale about a minute ago and we’re already seeing resale tickets? @DUALIPA fix this.”
“Ticketmaster telling me tickets are available to Dua Lipa less than 24 hrs after a botched presale only for it to be souped up resale prices is cruel. @Ticketmaster I’m actually upset,” wrote a sixth.
The Radical Optimism tour has already been confirmed for a staggering 68 dates across the globe, with the promise of more being announced in the near future.
The dates currently include two dates in Ireland, two in Liverpool and two in London – adding to a growing roster of live music coming to UK shores next year.
Beyoncé is believed to be planning a tour, as well as the staggering Oasis reunion tour.
Billie Eilish, Usher and Sabrina Carpenter are booked to play UK arena shows too.
“The boost to the economy is going to be phenomenal,” a source told The Sun.
“This is what the public needs right now — something to look forward to.”
